Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, Pittville Bathrooms is looking for an additional, experienced Designer to join the team. This person would be passionate about design and interiors, wanting to deliver to the client the best possible experience.
As a Designer you would be responsible for creating bathrooms that delight our customers, showing our products to their best advantage while drawing on your professionalism and creative streak.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with customers to gain an understanding of their requirements and aspirations.
- Visit the customers home to technically validate the dimensions and constraints of their plans.
- Create design schemes and draw up technical drawings.
- Produce detailed quotations and close the sale.
- Oversee and monitor project from start to finish.
- Liaise with customers throughout, from concept to completion, maintaining positive relations along the way.
- Liaise with contractors, fitters, and suppliers to manage the project from start to finish and ensure it is completed on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction.
- Have a good understand of our competition and be able to demonstrate how we differ and what sets us apart from the rest.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Experience of bathroom design.
- Experience of working in a high-end showroom/design firm
- Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout.
- Proficient in software design and understanding of technical drawings and scale. (Examples of work welcome)
- An eye for exceptional design, colour, and trends
- Ambitious and tenacious, focused on customer satisfaction.
- Team player with energy and enthusiasm for design and driving sales.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customer throughout a project.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Ability to independently seek opportunities for improvement and personal growth through e.g. training and learning about product
- Ability to work to budgets and timescales.
- Full clean driving license is essential.
