Lindsay in three words: creative, passionate and smiley.

‘I love creating new, exciting design solutions that exceed the client’s expectations. The icing on the cake is seeing a completed kitchen that my client can enjoy for many years.’

Lindsay’s top tips for planning a new kitchen:

I always recommend my clients make a ‘wish list’ of features, functions and styles of kitchens that they like – often using websites such as Houzz to create a mood board. Most importantly, they should consider how they use the space. We all have individual tastes and needs, so identifying these means we can tailor the kitchen design to suit the client.

Lindsay’s top three kitchen design tips:

  1. Blue is big news for kitchens over the next 12 months!
  2. Having completed several accessible kitchens recently, I believe aesthetics don’t have to be compromised to achieve a stylish and practical kitchen.
  3. Moroccan accents, including heavily patterned tiles and bright pops of colour, are a trend to look out for. Be careful to focus on one ‘wow factor’ so that your finished room doesn’t look too fussy.
